Oct 9-12 Lighthouse Festival
Admission to the lighthouse is $2 per person. Proceeds help fund the restoration of and exhibits for the lighthouse and lighthouse keeper's quarters. A Michigan State Parks motor-vehicle permit is required for entry to the park.
Oct 31st- Gather at Newman and Lincoln Street at 4:45 p.m. Parade down Newman Street in costume from 5 to 6 pm and stop for treats in the caldron at Bay and Newman.

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF:
I was born and raised in Saginaw and our Family had a cabin on Loon Lake. My mom decided that city life was not appealing any more so we moved to the cabin when I was in the 9th grade. Since then I traveled the world- Lived in Germany for 3 years, been to Budapest, Switzerland, Poland, Bavaria, Trier, Austria. Even though I have seen the most beautiful places I keep coming back to the Tawas area. Once you stay you never want to leave.
I also have a wonderful Family- My husband Chris, My 2 daughters, Amanda and Lorren,my 4 year old(Wow! I cant believe it)! old son,Trevor. We also have Baily the Golden retriever,Henry the African Grey, and Richard Noggin and Helmet the cat.
